What is a Frozen Bulletin Board?

A "Frozen Bulletin Board" is a painting that looks like a bulletin board. The painting is created on canvas and while it is all paint, it appears to be a bulletin board with personal items hanging on it. This effect is created using a Tromp L'Oeil (or faux) painting technique that employs the use of shadowing and highlighting. Anything that can be placed on a real bulletin board can be replicated on a frozen bulletin board. 

Frozen bulletin boards make great gifts because they are created specially for the owner. Newspaper articles or other significant items can be included to show that special someone how much you pay attention to them. 

To order your own frozen bulletin board, please contact me using this website and ask for a quote. Please include the size you would like it and an idea (if you have any) of what you would like on it (i.e. newspaper articles, awards, certificates, sports teams, etc.). Also, please include whether this is a gift and an estimated date you will need it...please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for completion.

Prices start at $5 and range depending on size, content, and deadline restrictions. Paintings can be shipped for an additional cost, please include in your request whether it would need to be shipped.
